also, if you have 2 effigy (like i did) the world gets 2x harder and consumes both at the same time, not just 1. when you use, explain it is not reversible and applies to entire world.

And, just like other players said above, it's unlikely that we will remove the feature for it is one of the things that make Hellpoint unique and provides a tougher challenge for those who want it. You can always use Fearful Effigy to recess the enemy strengh. Just wish it wasn't on polarized difficulty. If youhave a ranged weapon, this would be the time to use it. Around 45% hp he will drop to his butt and throw a temper tantrum. The two arm swing around is a simple dodge through. Dodge his overhead and strike his back, you don't have to dodge the second hit of the over head. Dodge his for hit combo, strike his back. Granted, I've fought a ton of them before my save got corrupted, as he becomes a normal enemy later. I had it on polarize three on my new playthrough and he was relatively easy. Wish you could buy/craft or pay to decrease the difficulty. AGain, this isnt a problem but there is no way to get the effigy that weakens early in the game which is very frustrating. I was under the impression it would only be for an area as i was farming the knights at the beginning and didnt know it would apply to the entire game. I wish there was a warning or explanation of how the polarize mechanic worked. With the polarize you die in 2 hits, it is very difficult you basically cant get hit. But maybe we can help you beat the boss? You say you're level 100, what's your stat spread? What weapon are you using? Have you checked out some videos on the net to see how other people have beaten him? Yea ive watched people much weaker than me kill him but they can survive 4-5 hits before dying.
